For international orders, please call customer service at 404-218-5169 to place your order and calculate your shipping charges. All orders will include separate shipping charges by UPS which may not include duties, taxes, and other importing fees.

We ship via UPS Ground for all panels orders within the contiguous 48 states. Shipping upgrades are available upon request. You must select both a Shipping Carrier and a Carrier Method when checking out on the Shipment Summary page. When you select "UPS", wait for the "Shipping Method" drop-down menu to appear directly below the carrier window. You then can select the method of shipment (Ground, Next Day Air, etc.).

All in-stock orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days of ordering. Please allow 2-3 weeks for any adjustments such as adding trim, hemming, changing heading or adding interlining.

Please allow 4-6 weeks for custom orders. In the event that a silk selection is on back-order, we will contact you with the estimated delivery time. We strive to complete and ship all orders as quickly as possible.
